The thing that everybody loves about these energy balls is that they are the easiest in the world to make! Full of healthy, protein-packed yumminess, they can be made in just five minutes. Enjoy them fresh throughout the week or freeze them for another time. Perfect post-workout, as a breakfast on the go or as a between-meals snack.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of Brazil nuts
- 1½ cups of raisins or dates, pitted
- 1 cup of desiccated coconut plus extra for the coating
- 2 tbsp vegan vanilla or chocolate protein powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp raw cacao or cocoa powder (optional)
- Pinch of salt (optional)
Note: if you don’t have measuring cups, use a large mug for this recipe as it doesn’t need to be precise.
