  • 2 tbsp nut butter of your choice (use peanut butter powder if reducing fat)

  • 100g/½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder or cocoa powder
  • 330ml/1⅓ cup plant milk (soya milk has the highest protein content)
  • 1 x tin (400g/14 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
