Eating vegan has never been easier – that’s why we created our V7 meal plan, to show just how easy, tasty and affordable it can be.

We’ve prepared a breakfast, lunch and dinner for every day of the week, with a new recipe for each meal. However, you can feel free to use this as a guideline. You may wish to mix and match recipes or make an extra portion of dinner one day to have for lunch the next. Do whatever works for you – and we hope you enjoy it!
